These Terms govern all purchases made via www.thecrollydistillery.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website to make purchases.

  1. Placing an Order
  • You must be 18+ and legally allowed to purchase alcohol in your country.
  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
  1. Product Descriptions
  • Images and tasting notes are provided for guidance only.
  • Product appearance may vary depending on batch and device display.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is due in full at checkout.
  1. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
  • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only.
  • Dispatch notification confirms acceptance and shipping.
  1. Age Verification
  • You confirm you are 18+ and not purchasing for a minor.
  • Orders breaching age laws will be cancelled and may incur costs.
  1. Title and Risk
  • Title passes upon full payment. Risk passes at delivery.
  1. Right to Cancel
  • As per EU law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. See Returns Policy below.

  • We deliver across Ireland, the UK, and select international regions.
  1. Charges
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders (check promotions).
  1. Timescales
  • Ireland: 3–5 working days
  • UK/EU: 5–10 working days
  • Delays may occur due to customs or peak periods.
  1. International Orders
  • Buyers outside the EU are responsible for customs/import duties.
  • Failure to pay may result in loss or return of goods at your cost.
  1. Delivery Problems
  • Contact us with your order number if your item is late or returned.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancelling an Order
  • You have 14 days from receipt to cancel without giving a reason.
