Select your bottle, draw a 750ml measure of Distillery Reserve cask-strength whiskey from our custom bottling station, seal the cork by hand, and inscribe your name on a personalised, and numbered label.
Whether it’s your first time or a collector’s tradition, this tactile, immersive process has become a visitor favourite. It’s a moment to slow down and connect — with the craft, the setting, and the story in your hands.
From Hollywood icons and sporting legends to seasoned whiskey collectors from around the world, guests cherish this as the ultimate souvenir of their Croithlí journey.

Alternatively, you can buy your very own personalised Distillery Reserve in our online shop. We can personalise the label with your name or, if you’d like to send it as a gift to someone special, with your name under ‘Gifted By’ and your intended recipient’s name under ‘Hand Bottled For’.
BAR & CAFÉ AT CROITHLÍ DISTILLERY
Relax and refuel in our welcoming bar and café — a warm, sociable space where the spirit of Croithlí continues in every pour, plate, and conversation. Here you can regularly enjoy a traditional Irish music session, hear a seanchaí relay tales from local history or folklore, or join a cocktail making lesson.
Freshly brewed tea and artisan coffee, paired with locally made tray bakes and scones, are available all day. For those seeking something stronger, our fully-stocked distillery bar serves up an impressive range of premium Irish whiskeys, craft beers, fine wines, and signature house cocktails. The distillery bar is available to hire for exclusive functions and receptions, with VIP privacy and discretion guaranteed, if required. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with parking at the door.
