Our Batch 1 Direct Fired Single Malt Irish Whiskey was fully matured in a 500 litre Spanish Oak Butt from Juan Pino, a renowned cooperage in Córdoba, Spain. The cask was seasoned for 24 months with rich Pedro Ximénez sherry, imparting deep character and complexity. Bold and full-bodied, this whiskey delivers a luxurious balance of dark fruit, warming spice, and toasted oak — capturing the soul of Donegal and the sun-soaked warmth of Andalusia in every sip. Distilled and matured in Croithlí, I gcroílár Dhún na nGall.
