Colour: Warm amber gold with rich, inviting hues
Nose: Deep aromas of dried figs and raisins, layered with honey, caramel, and dark chocolate. Oak spice and floral hints are gently lifted by a touch of toastiness from the direct fire distillation
Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with flavours of toffee, vanilla, ripe berries, and stone fruits. Slight char and a delicate smoky note from the direct fire technique add depth and elegance
Finish: Long and satisfying, lingering with notes of dark fruit, gentle oak warmth, nutmeg, cocoa, and a final toasty nuance
