Croithlí 12 Year Old – Jamaican Rum Finish

An exceptional 12-year-old Croithlí Irish Whiskey, matured in American bourbon casks and finished in hand-selected Jamaican rum casks for a bold Donegal twist. Triple-distilled, non-chill filtered, and finished and bottled at our historic distillery on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

This unique finish infuses vibrant Caribbean character into the whiskey, with ginger and cinnamon on the nose, followed by oak spice, lingering orange, and clove on the palate.

Finished and bottled at our distillery located in a historic building constructed in 1901, set between the Wild Atlantic Coast and the majestic Derryveagh Mountains.

Before our own direct-fire whiskey reached maturity, this special expression bridged the early years of Croithlí’s rebirth. To mark the arrival of our new spirit, we are releasing the final parcel of this fine 12-year-old whiskey as a Farewell Release — once gone, it’s gone forever.
